Questions before Ordering?
🤍Canadian Orders:
Cremated-remains keepsakes are currently U.S.-only.
Canadian breastmilk and other inclusion keepsake orders are welcome. Customers are responsible for mailing their inclusion to me, and a $15 CAD shipping fee is added at checkout to help cover return shipping.
Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges are the customer’s responsibility.
🤍How much breastmilk do you need?
1 oz is recommended. If you're a low supplier, as little as ¼ teaspoon can be used. For larger pieces, ½ teaspoon or more is recommended. If you're sending less than 1 oz, please email me before mailing your milk.
🤍Can I use old, thawed, or expired breastmilk?
Yes. Old, thawed, or expired breastmilk can be preserved as long as it is mold-free.
🤍How much ashes do you need?
Approximately 1 teaspoon. Human and pet ashes are welcome.
🤍What else can be preserved?
Hair, fur, whiskers, claws, umbilical cord, encapsulated placenta, fabric, baby hats, pregnancy-test caps, dried flowers, sand, soil, and other meaningful inclusions. Contact me first if you're unsure about an inclusion.
🤍Can I combine inclusions?
Yes. Multiple meaningful inclusions can be incorporated into the same piece. Add the “Additional Inclusion” ($5) option to your cart when ordering. If you'd like to use milk from two different breastfeeding journeys, the milk can be combined before sending. If you'd like each milk preserved separately, add “Additional Milk Preservation” ($25) to your cart.
🤍How do I send my inclusions?
After purchase, you will get a confirmation email with your order number and the address to mail your inclusions to. Check your spam folder if you aren’t seeing the email.
You will need to read the ‘Mailing Instructions’ tab for full instructions.
You pay to send your inclusions to me and I send you the keepsake back for free. The turnaround time begins once your inclusions have been received.
I will email you to let you know your inclusions have been received.
🤍What happens to unused ashes?
All unused ashes are returned with your finished keepsake. Any ashes remaining in mixed resin are poured into a small heart mold and returned rather than discarded.
🤍How do I know it's my breastmilk/inclusions in the setting?
At checkout, you’re given an order number. In order to maintain integrity, during the process of preserving, handcrafting, and photographing your piece, all items are labeled with the order number and name to assure you receive your jewelry with your milk/inclusions. Every order is handled one at a time.
I am a breastfeeding mother myself, so I know and understand the significance of preserving your memories. I would never ruin the significance of your keepsake.
🤍How long does my order take?
Current turnaround time is shown at the top of the website. Turnaround begins when I receive your inclusions.

For breastmilk, it goes through a heating process to remove moisture and bacteria for preservation. This turns to a paste that dries and is ground into a fine powder. The preserved milk (or other inclusions) are mixed with jeweler grade resin and used to created your stone.
If you provided a design idea with a sketch and description, or inspiration images, I do my best to bring your design to life. Please note, there are no guarantees on final placement.
The stone is placed in your chosen setting. And lastly, quality checked, and packaged with love to be sent on it's way to you.

Will sterling silver tarnish or plating wear over time?
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time, and the finish on plated pieces will gradually wear with use. How quickly this happens varies depending on body chemistry, frequency of wear, jewelry care, and exposure to moisture or chemicals.
To help protect your keepsake, keep it clean and dry and avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, chemicals, jewelry cleaners, and saline spray. For cleaning, gently use only a soft polishing cloth. A polishing cloth and anti-tarnish strip are included with every order to help care for and protect your jewelry. Plating is not permanent, and normal tarnishing or plating wear is not considered a defect. Full care instructions are available in the FAQ.
