Shipping policy
After purchase, you will get a confirmation email with your order number and the address to mail your inclusions to. You will need to read the “mailing instructions” tab on the website for the full instructions, to ensure your inclusions arrive to me safely.
You will be responsible to pay to ship your milk/inclusions to me. I ship the finished piece back to you for free.
When sending your inclusions, always be sure to:
*Write your name and order # on the inclusions bag.
*Make sure your name and return address are on the outer package.
*Get tracking and keep the receipt.
*Don’t require signature for delivery.
Please don’t send the last of your milk/ inclusions, even though it’s rare, it is possible for it to get lost in transit. A Drop In Time Keepsakes is not, under any circumstances, responsible for loss and/or damage in shipment and will not issue refunds for this issue.
The mailing instructions are as follow:
Milk-
1. Triple bag 1oz thawed/room temp breastmilk in sealed, sterile milk storage bags.
*Please DON’T USE ZIPLOCS or containers- they WILL leak. Don’t send more than 1oz.
*If you don’t have 1 oz, the minimum amount you can send is 10ml.
2. Write name and order # on the outside storage bag.
3. If you’re sending more than 1 milk, please label which milk goes to which piece.
4. Package in a USPS small flat rate box.
5. 4 Get tracking and keep receipt.
*Don’t send in a bubble mailer.
*Don’t require signature for delivery.
*Make sure your name and return address are on the package.
*If asked, you may need to specify it is milk for jewelry making purposes.
Ashes-
1. Triple bag 1 teaspoon of ashes per jewelry piece. Tape shut. Ziploc bags are fine.

2. Write name and order # on the bag.
3. Package in a USPS small flat rate box.
4. Get tracking and keep receipt.
*Don’t send in a bubble mailer.
*Don’t require signature for delivery.
*Make sure your name and return address are on the package.
Hair/Fur-
1. Bundle about 20 strands of hair about a finger length long if possible, tape the ends to keep it together or tie it together with string if possible.
2. Fold it up in a small piece of tin foil and place in a sealed and taped ziploc bag.
3. Write name and order # on bag.
4. Include it in the USPS small flat rate box, or in its own bubble mailer if it’s the only inclusion being sent.
5. Get tracking and keep receipt.
*Do NOT require signature for delivery.
*Make sure your name and return address are on the package.
Other-
STEP 1:
Whiskers/Claws:
1. Put 1+ whiskers or claws in a ziploc bag.
2. Seal and Tape closed.
3. Write name and order # on bag.
4. Then follow step 2 down below.
Encapsulated Placenta:
1. Put 1 enclosed capsule in a ziploc bag.
2. Seal and Tape closed.
3. Write name and order # on bag.
4. Place bubble wrap around the bag to avoid it moving around in shipment.
5. Then follow step 2 down below.
Umbilical Cord:
1. It must be fully dried.
2. Put small piece of the stump in a ziploc bag. Seal and Tape closed.
3. Write name and order # on bag.
4. Place bubble wrap around the bag to avoid it moving around in shipment.
5. Then follow step 2 down below.
Soil/sand-
1. Triple bag 1 teaspoon of the soil. Ziplocs are fine.
2. Seal and Tape closed.
3. Write name and order # on bag.
4. Then follow step 2 down below.
Flowers:
1. Send 3-5 fully dried petals in a ziploc bag.
2. Seal and Tape closed.
3. Write name and order # on bag.
4. Place bubble wrap around the bag to avoid it moving around in shipment.
5. Then follow step 2 down below.

Tracking Your Order
When the keepsake is sent to you, it will have a tracking number and you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Address Change
If the customers address changes from the one provided at checkout, it is the customers responsibility to email info@adropintimekeepsakes.com and provide your name, order number, and the new address you would like your keepsake sent to. This must be done before the order has tracking. I will reply when I receive the email, if there is no response, first check your spam folder. If you don’t see an email, I may not have received the email and you can try the contact page on the website with the same information you emailed.
If the package is marked as delivered but customer has not received, they will need to ask around and see if it was delivered to a neighbor, then file a claim with USPS.
You have 1 year from the date of purchase to send in your milk/inclusions. Failure to do so, will result in the empty setting you purchased being mailed to the address on file and the order closing out. No refund will be issued.
